Born in Arkansas and raised in Florida, Pastor Textor has lived a life full of varied experiences.  Being the son of a Pastor and the middle of three boys has given him the outlook on life that no matter where you find yourself in life there is purpose and meaning.  If you are around him for any period of time you will hear him quote Romans 8:28, "For we know that all things work together for good to them who love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose."  The ministry offered by the preaching and teaching of Pastor Textor is one of compassion, encouragement and dedication.

   Pastor Textor moved to Erin, TN in 1997 and took over the pastorship of what was then the House of Prayer. In 2005, the church purchased a new piece of property and changed its name to Truth Tabernacle.  To this day he continues to lead the church on a path of outreach and ministry for the whole community, with a goal of winning souls to the kingdom of Christ.

 Bro. Johnathan has been a member of Truth Tabernacle for the past 10 years.  After receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost in 2006 he felt the call of ministry on his life.  His deep desire to lead today's youth in a direction of faith and consecration has allowed him to gain not only the attention of teens, but also their respect and admiration.

   Bro. Leslie came to Truth Tabernacle in 2006 and began as the Teen Sunday School teacher not long after.  Ashley was raised in the church being the daughter of the Pastor Textor and was always involved in the activities of the local church.  In 2008, Leslie and Ashley were married and began a life of ministry together.  In 2009, Bro. Leslie handed the Teen Ministry over to another minister and began to pursue other areas of ministry.  The two of them later began to contemplate ways in which to offer lively, yet foundational teaching to the middle age group of youth. Both Leslie and Ashley saw a group that was falling between the cracks.  Activities were readily available for the teens and primaries, yet the middlers were often left without attention.  Seeing this need and action upon their passion for children Bro. Leslie and Sis. Ashley began teaching the Middlers Class and have loved every minute of the process.  This ministry pair now offers Kid's Power Hour to the children ages 7 - 11.

 Sis. Amber came to our church chasing the idea of love.  She became a member of Truth Tabernacle in 2007 and has been involved with the children ever since.  Whether planning games or activities for the kids Sis. Amber offers a heart of leadership and dedication to the service of Truth Tabernacle.

  Sis. Amber's life was drastically changed with a horrific accident as a young child.  This time in her life left her with a longing to be a part of the lives of other hurting and wounded children.  Building upon this passion she has worked to develop a successful Sunday School program for children ages 3 - 7.
